Carlo Antonio Testore (b 1693; d c1765), Milan
Carlo Antonio Testore was the son and pupil of Carlo Giuseppe, but his instruments are generally less distinguished than those of his father. The influence of Giovanni Grancino, the father of Milanese violin making, is still visible in his work. (excerpted from Four Centuries of Violin Making by Tim Ingles.)

I have never heard of Emanuel Testore. Many instruments made in Germany and Eastern Europe around 1900 have labels with fictitious makers.
