  • Bergonzi: A Cremonese Master Unveiled
  • For the first time Cremona will focus its attention on the work of one of its most important sons: Carlo Bergonzi. Although his intruments are ranked just behind those of his more famous contemporaries, Antonio Stradivari and Giuseppe Guarneri del Gesù, Bergonzi has never been the subject of an exhibition. This year the Fondazione Stradivari will address this with a comprehensive exhibition entitled “Carlo Bergonzi, a Cremonese Master Unveiled” to take place from September 25th to October 10th, 2010 at the Santa Maria Della Pieta Cultural Center.
